Supplementary Scheduling Committee

The Supplementary Scheduling Committee (SSC) is a specialist working group that advises the MNF Steering Committee about certain categories of sea time applications, and voyage scheduling.

Overview

The Supplementary Scheduling Committee (SSC) was established in 2013 to provide specialist advice to the MNFSC on:

  • supplementary applications for MNF Granted Voyages to conduct research, education or training, and the testing of new equipment and processes;
  • assessment of User Funded Voyages and submitting recommendations for these voyages to the MNF Director for decision; and
  • the draft final voyage schedule.

SSC is governed by Terms of Reference.
